Crew Resource Management
Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources for crew members to assure safe and efficient flight operations. This course equips participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes for managing threats and errors — including communications, situational awareness, problem solving, decision making and teamwork.
CRM training identifies the value of aligning cultures and attitudes through a comprehensive approach using discussions and relevant case studies. We offer a two-day initial course as well as a one-day recurrent course.
