Course Overview
โCrew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources for crew members of a flight to assure safe and efficient operations.
Course participants will be equipped with knowledge, skills and attitudes for managing threats and errors including communications, loss of situational awareness, problem solving, decision making, and teamwork. CRM training also identifies the value of aligning cultures and attitudes through a comprehensive approach using discussions and relevant case studies.
We offer a two-day initial course as well as a one-day recurrent course.โ
Participants will specifically be equipped to:
- Gain a greater awareness of the concepts, philosophies and objectives of resource management training
- Be able to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to enable them to use all available resources effectively
