Head of Training

Murugi has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, focusing on airline operations and aviation training. She began her aviation journey at CMC Flying School, earning a Private Pilot's Licence, and later completed a BSc. in Safety Science at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. She has served as Head of Safety and Quality in various airline operations, and holds a Flight Operations Officer's licence. She joined Aerosafe Africa Consultants as Head of Training and instructor, teaching subjects including Flight Operations and Dispatch, Human Factors, and Emergency Response Planning. She is the lead instructor for the Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) courses.
