Aviation Human Factors
Aviation Human Factors focuses on human capabilities and limitations that impact the safety and efficiency of aeronautical operations. This course equips participants with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to use all available resources for safe and efficient operations through threat and error management.
Regulations require that initial and recurrent Human Factors training is provided to relevant aviation personnel. The recurrent course is a one-day annual event for staff who have completed the initial course.
