Core Instructional Techniques / Training of Trainers (CIT/TOT)
This course is designed for aviation professionals who train or instruct others. It builds the skills needed to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective training, ensuring that instruction meets both organisational and regulatory standards.
Participants will develop confidence and competence as instructors, with a strong foundation in adult learning principles, lesson planning, delivery techniques, and training evaluation.

Prerequisites
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an aviation operational or training role.
- Computer skills — working knowledge of office productivity software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent).
Required Materials
- A laptop with functional office productivity software (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace equivalent) and internet connection.
