QMS Audit Techniques
This course equips participants with the skills and knowledge to plan, conduct, and report on aviation quality and safety audits. It is suitable for quality and safety personnel responsible for internal and external audit functions within an aviation organisation.
Participants will gain practical audit skills grounded in regulatory requirements and international standards, enabling them to conduct effective, evidence-based audits that drive continuous improvement.

- Nominated postholders with audit responsibilities
Prerequisites
- Completion of the QMS Initial Course (5 days) or equivalent.
- Computer skills — working knowledge of office productivity software.
This course is a direct continuation of the QMS Initial Course and the QMS Root Cause Analysis course.
Required Materials
- A laptop with functional office productivity software (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace equivalent) and internet connection.
