Designed for senior leaders and executives, this course provides a high-level understanding of Quality Management Systems and the role of leadership in driving a quality culture within an aviation organisation.
Participants will gain the knowledge required to direct and support QMS implementation within their organisation, in accordance with Civil Aviation regulatory requirements and international standards.
