Course Overview
Service providers, such as Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holders, Approved Maintenance Organisations (AMOs), and Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) etc, are required to implement Safety Management Systems (SMS) acceptable to State oversight authorities. These requirements are established in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 19 — Safety Management.
Aerosafe Africa’s SMS for Managers course is designed to equip managers with the knowledge, skills and professional judgement required to implement, operate and continuously improve an SMS within their organisation.
Instruction is delivered by a CAA-approved instructor with years of experience practicing SMS in the industry.
