This training programme equips aviation safety professionals with the fundamental knowledge and skills to investigate aircraft occurrences within an operator's Safety Management System (SMS). As part of Safety Risk Management training, the course enhances the identification of causes and the implementation of robust preventative measures.
Participants are guided through a blend of interactive lectures, classroom exercises, and real-world case studies by experienced instructors.

Prerequisites
- Participants should have preferably completed the Aerosafe Safety Management Systems for Managers course (5 days).
- Recommended level: intermediate SMS course.
- Computer skills — working knowledge of office productivity software.
