Course Overview
The Leadership and Management Course will equip managers and supervisors with the necessary knowledge, behavior and skills to effectively lead and manage people including self management.
Participants will specifically be equipped to:
- Understand themselves as managers and leaders;
- Motivate employees so as to bring the best out of them
- Utilize leadership and management skills (E.g. communication, delegation, coaching e.t.c) to build high functioning, self-sustaining teams that achieve outstanding results.
